microsensys at the Long Night of Science 2026

On November 6, 2026 , microsensys will be at the Long Night of Science in Erfurt .

Visit us from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at the IMMS Institute, Konrad-Zuse-Straße 14, and discover:

At the Long Night of Science in Erfurt, microsensys invites curious visitors, students, researchers, and technology enthusiasts to explore the fascinating world of RFID and intelligent identification.

Under the title “When Machines Start Telling Their Own Stories”, we demonstrate how RFID and sensor technologies connect physical objects with digital information. From a simple component or tool to a connected product, a digital identity enables objects to be uniquely identified, data to be captured, and their history to be traced throughout their lifecycle.

Our portfolio ranges from RFID transponders and mobile or stationary readers to RFID-based data loggers, BLE sensor solutions and software for data capture and digital product information. These technologies can be combined into practical solutions for identification, asset tracking, maintenance, logistics, production and condition monitoring.

RFID is much more than contactless access cards or payment solutions. It is an interdisciplinary field at the intersection of electronics, antenna technology, wireless communication, software development and industrial applications. This creates exciting opportunities for research, innovation and the next generation of engineers and developers.

Whether you are interested in science, studying a technical subject, working in research or simply curious about the technologies behind connected products, come and meet the microsensys team. Discover how small technologies create powerful connections between the physical and digital worlds.
