iID® COLLECTit Bundle

We are pleased to introduce the iID® COLLECTit Bundle, a ready-to-use solution for RFID-based identification, maintenance documentation, inspection processes, and sensor data collection.

The bundle combines compatible mobile RFID readers, RFID transponders, passive TELID® sensor transponders, and the iID® COLLECTit software. It offers companies a convenient way to get started with digital data collection directly from machines, tools, components, and other equipment.

Contents of the iID® COLLECTit Bundle

The bundle includes:

iID® POCKETwork PRO HF-LEGIC Reader with Pre-installed Script
Eight RFID transponders and two passive TELID®200 and TELID®400 sensor transponders
A USB flash drive with the iID® COLLECTit Loader
A protective soft-case

With the iID® POCKETwork PRO included in the bundle, users can identify tagged objects and capture data directly on-site. The included transponders and sensors make it possible to test various identification and measurement applications in your own environment.

iID® COLLECTit supports various industrial processes, such as:

Identification and inventory of equipment
Maintenance and service documentation
Inspection and condition monitoring tasks
Temperature testing with passive TELID® sensor transponders
Mobile data collection for service and field operations

By tagging objects with RFID or sensor transponders, relevant identification, maintenance, and measurement data can be captured directly at the point of use. This reduces the need for manual documentation and creates a clearer history of equipment, inspections, and maintenance.

Continue to use existing PRO readers

iID® COLLECTit is compatible with all iID® PRO readers:

iID® POCKETwork PRO
iID® PENsolid PRO

Customers who already use an iID® POCKETwork PRO or iID® PENsolid PRO can use iID® COLLECTit with their existing device. All we need is the serial number of the reader to provide the license for the iID® COLLECTit Loader software.

Existing PRO customers will receive a free license for the iID® COLLECTit Loader for six months. After that, the license can be renewed annually.

Please note: Classic iID® POCKETwork readers are not compatible with the iID® COLLECTit software workflow.

Software and Operating Systems

The iID® COLLECTit ecosystem includes the iID® COLLECTit Loader for further processing of captured data. The software allows users to download, manage, and further process the data.

From a Physical Object to Useful Digital Information

The process is simple:

An RFID tag or TELID® sensor is attached to the object or component.
The tag or sensor attached to the object is scanned using the iID® POCKETwork PRO.
Identification, maintenance, inspection, or sensor data is documented directly on-site.
The collected data is transferred to the iID® COLLECTit-Loader and processed there.
